App settings
Open Settings > General for app-wide preferences.
Language
Section titled “Language”App language offers automatic selection or a specific interface language. This changes menus, not the language of speech recognition or what your Windows keyboard types. Choose those separately in speech settings and keyboard settings.
Discord status
Section titled “Discord status”Discord status controls whether Astral Overlay publishes an activity to your local Discord client. Turn it off if you do not want that activity shown. It does not require a Discord bot token.
Bindings and reset
Section titled “Bindings and reset”Rebind controls opens SteamVR’s controller binding interface.
Reset to defaults resets and saves app preferences, including remembered wrist positions and saved integration keys. Back up saved data first if you want to restore those choices. This resets preferences, not your saved layout and theme files.
Close the app
Section titled “Close the app”Right-click the Astral Overlay icon in the Windows notification area and choose Quit AstralOverlay. Check the hidden-icons arrow if the icon is not visible. The same menu offers Reset wrist menu position when the wrist bar is out of reach.
